The founders of Optimise Capital are Rupert Webb, Mark Chadwick and William Rowe.  Rupert Webb was the original founder of the Freedom Finance Group and together with Mark Chadwick grew and developed the group during the 2000’s into a pan European financial services business.  William Rowe played a key role in guiding the management teams of overseas investments towards achieving their aggressive growth targets.  The Group acquired and developed almost 20 businesses during this period, realising gains in excess of £120m upon their disposal.

The founders also have experience of several other industries, including leisure and manufacturing, and currently sit on a number of Boards across a wide range of sectors.
